SW Mem Hole Remap
Defines whether the address space required for the PCI configuration is
regained or not.
Enabled
For main memory larger than 3 Gbytes, the main memory area
above 4 Gbytes that is hidden by the PCI devices is shown again.
This setting affects the performance but may increase the
available memory drastically. This option has no effect for a fully-
configured main memory.
Disabled
For main memory larger than 3 Gbytes, the main memory area
that is hidden by the PCI devices is not used. This increases the
performance.
DRAM Bank Interleave
Enables a memory bank to be addressed within the main memory of a
CPU (node) while data is read from or written to another memory bank.
To allow this bank interleaving, the relevant memory banks must be fitted
with memory modules of the same capacity. Possible settings: Auto
(default) and Disabled.
Node Interleave
Enables a memory bank to be addressed across nodes while data is
read from or written to another memory bank. To allow this node
interleaving, the relevant memory banks must be fitted with memory
modules of the same capacity. Possible settings: Auto (default) and
Disabled.
CPUn - DIMMm + DIMMm+1
Sets the status of the corresponding memory module:
Failed
As long as at least one error-free bank is available, the memory
module is no longer used by the system because a non-
correctable error or too many correctable errors have occurred.
Once you have replaced a defective memory module, you must
reset this parameter to Enabled. As long as the module status is
Failed, an entry is automatically written to the system event log
each time the system is started.
Disabled
The memory module is not used by the system.
