Setting Up a Remote OCSP Responder
To create a publisher for the CRL:
In the navigation tree, click Publishers.

The right pane shows the Publishers Management tab, which lists configured
publisher instances.
Click Add.

The Select Publisher Plugin Implementation window appears. It lists registered
publisher modules.
Select the module named

Only this publisher module enables the Certificate Manager to publish the CRL
to the Online Certificate Status Manager. (If you have registered any custom
publisher modules, they too will be available for selection.)
Click Next.
4.
The Publisher Editor window appears.
