Step C. Create a Publishing Rule for CRLs

Creating a publishing rule for the CRL involves creating a rule that uses the
publisher that you created in the previous step.
To create a publishing rule:
In the navigation tree, under Publishing, select Rules.

publishing rules.
Click Add.
