Transferring Calls

You can perform both screened and unscreened transfers, as well as direct
transfer to a voice mailbox:
• Screened Transfers: Allows you to announce a call to the destination
station before completing the transfer.
• Unscreened Transfer: Allows you to complete a transfer without
announcing the party to the destination station.
Transfer a Call from Your Station to another Station
While on a call:
1. Press the

current call on hold.
2. Dial the destination target
(station or hunt group) to
which you want to transfer
the call.
To Make a Screened Transfer
3. Wait for the destination target to answer.
4. Announce to the destination target who is calling, then hang up to
complete the transfer.
