Fixing the leg bases Secure each of the leg brackets into place with 4x15mm screws per bracket.

Place the unit against the wall and align it with the wall markings that will have been drawn during the room preparation stage. Use a spirit level to ensure the unit is level from front to back, left to right, and diagonally.
  • Page 7 Measuring the corner post Clamp the corner post panel into place by positioning it 18mm behind the centre post. Measure the gap between the corner post panel and side of the adjacent unit. Take measurements from the top, middle and bottom.
  • Page 8 Marking the position of Panel Y onto Panel Re-position panel Z and clamp into place, 18mm back from the edge of the centre post. Hold panel Y against the adjacent unit as shown in diagram. Mark the front and rear of panel Y onto panel Z using a pencil to determine the position for attaching the two panels.
  • Page 9 Attaching the packer Secure Packer Y1 to the back of Panel Y using 3x30mm screws, ensuring the screws are equally spaced and both pieces align. View from above corner post. Fixing the corner post to the unit Move the adjacent base unit away from the corner unit.
  • Page 10 Position the blanking panel with its white side facing the unit Fixing the blanking panel Position 7x15mm screws 9mm from the edges of the blanking panel to secure it into the unit end panel, top rail, and bottom fixed shelf, ensuring the screws are evenly spaced. No screws or wall plugs are provided for attaching the unit to the wall.
  • Page 11 Inserting the space plugs Position the space plugs between the wall and the back of the unit, where the holes are located. Unwind until the space plugs touch both the back panel of the unit and the wall. Insert the screws into the drilled holes and tighten to the wall.
  • Page 12 Securing to adjacent units Clamp together the two units, checking the front edges are level and flush. Using the screws provided, 1x30mm screw should be fixed into each corner of the carcase side. The screws can be concealed by placing them behind the shelf or behind the hinge plates.
