1 year EDS Cleaning inside the cabinets. Cleaning the dust on the surface of the compo-
nents and in the heat sinks of the power cells.
1 year Inspect the grounding and cabinet connection points. Check that the ground con-
nections are tight and free of paint or oxidation.
6 years Inspect that the fan chassis is balanced and has no noise or vibration to avoid dam-
age to bearings. Replace the fans every 6 years.
Based on The level of dust in the filter or inside the drive is an indicator for when the next
findings cleaning or filter replacement is required. The drive must be in an OFF/zero voltage
state before changing filters. Never run the drive with open doors while changing fil-
ters.
10 years Check the heater and hygrostat. Set the threshold of the hygrostat below the ambi-
ent humidity and check that the heater starts working. After testing, set the thresh-
old to 80%.
10 years Perform a close test for the vacuum contactor or breaker, and check that the opera-
tion and feedback status is correct. Replace based on findings.

10 years Use a multimeter to check that the output voltage of the power supply in the con-
trol cabinet is 26±0.5 V DC.
10 years Replace the switching power supply.
4 years If installed, inspect and replace based on findings.
10 years Check that the relays operate normally and there is no abnormal sound. Check that
the indicators work normally. For reliability, replace every 10 years.
10 years Check that the thermal relay setting value is correct. Replace based on findings.
10 years Check that the fuses and breakers in the control cabinet are normal and there are no
burn marks, damage, or abnormal noise.
10 years Inspect, and replace every 10 years for reliability.
10 years Test the protection. Replace based on findings. Check that the interlocking door cir-
cuit works normally. Replace door switches every 10 years.
- Inspect and test the control cabinet temperature control.
