4 RECEIVE AND TRANSMIT
*[(F-2)H-"E] is available when I1 appears.
*[(F-3)..4 H1] is available when HZ appears.
Q Push or push and hold [(F-1)=F'L.] in the "i dis-
play.
= Push [Fi]: activates split only.
œ Push and hold [5SF1.]: activates the quick split
below.

for 2 sec.
+10 kHz is programmed as a shift
frequency.

NOTE: The split function can be used only when
both the receive and transmit frequencies (VFO A
; and B) are in the same band.

CONVENIENT
The i3 display conveniently shows the transmit fre-
quency during split frequency operation and [(F-3)i]
allows you to change the transmit frequency.
