A "sensor error" has been detected.
The causes are as follows:
・The ABSOCODER sensor connector is disconnected.
・The ABSOCODER sensor cable is severed.
・NCW-3DHPR failure.
・ABSOCODER sensor failure
・When an axis is not being used, the "Axis unavailable" parameter
setting for that axis is incorrect.
An internal power supply error has been detected.
The causes are as follows:
・No power supply.
・The power supply voltage is 21 VDC or less.
・NCW-3DHPR failure.
PROFIBUS communication error has occurred.
・Configuration is not completed or is incorrect.
(Slave unit parameter data is incorrect, or slave unit Config Data
is incorrect, etc.)
・The Node address setting is incorrect.
・PROFIBUS signal wiring problem.
・NCW-3DHPR failure.
