Initializing the FA-1010 1. Turn the power on while pressing down the INITIALIZATION button (Fig. 2). 2. The FA-1010 beeps when it is turned on. Continue pressing the button. Verify all LEDs on the front panel are lit during the initialization.

3-1. Common Installation Procedures for All Hardware Options 1) Top Panel Removal Remove the top panel from the FA-1010. Connect the PWA cable (Fig. 6). Secure the option card to the rear panel with the binding screws removed under Common Installation/Removal Procedure.

This page allows you to perform the following backup and restoration tasks. Backup and restore Network Settings, Unit ID Assignment, Direct Mode Settings, and Event Name pages, and GPI and System settings.
