5V main supply (0.75 A 2 BATLOW#
resettable fuse)
Power OK from main 4 THERMTRIP#
power supply. A high
value indicates that the
power is good.
Suspend to RAM state. 6 CARRIER_HOT#
Active low output.
Indicates system is in 8 PLTRST#
Suspend to Disk (S4)
or Soft Off (S5) state.
Active low output.
Driven hard low on 10 WAKE0#
Carrier if system AC
power is not present.
Output indicating that a 12 WAKE1#
watchdog time-out event
has occurred.
Strobe input to watchdog 14 GND
timer. Periodic strobing
prevents the watchdog, if
enabled, from timing out.
Description
Indicates that external
battery is low.
Active low output indicating
that the CPU has entered
thermal shutdown.
Input from off -Module
temp sensor indicating an
over-temp situation.
