Using the Analog Source

To select analog output [or the source, press
highlighted and underlined. In this case, the following soft keys appear:

When the source is analog, the source output is the front-panel BNC labeled
SOURCE.

Configures the source output to be analog (using the front panel BNC)
or digital (using pods on the rear panel.) Default
current selection is underlined and highlighted. When Channel 1 is set
to digital with input from the source (as specified with the
hardkey - see chapter 7, "Input Setup" for details), the
CON FIG
source is automatically set to digital.
Al l ows you to set the amplitude level of the source. When the source is
analog, you use the Entry group to set the analog-source level between
OV and +5.1V. There are 1,024 5 mV steps. The maximum current is
20 mA Note that the combined ac plus dc level
The default level is 0 V.
