5.3.1 Overview on coupling variants

Application •
The described product can be operated without restriction in any mounting position.
To avoid transport damage, the ball handle is mounted upside down at the handwheel.
Prior to commissioning, mount the ball handle in the correct position.
1. Remove cap nut [1] and pull out ball handle [2].
2. Insert ball handle [2] in the correct position and fasten with cap nut [1].
The actuator is mounted to the valve using a coupling.
Corrosion due to damage to paint finish and condensation!
à Touch up damage to paint finish after work on the device.
à After mounting, immediately perform electrical connection of the device to minim-
ise condensation caused by standby current.
