Symptom

Possible Cause
The mains voltage
exceeds the upper
threshold 280 V or is
less than the lower
threshold 80 V.
PFC soft-start fails.
The power module is
faulty.
Output overload or
short-circuit exists.
The power module is

experiences
overcurrent.

experiences
undervoltage.
The UPS is set to
ECO mode.

8 Troubleshooting
Measure
Check whether the
mains voltage is
beyond the allowed
range. If so, contact
the electric power
company.
Replace the power
