5.4 Fuses and circuit breakers

Fuses and circuit breakers are shown in the diagram below. The fuses
are on the left, and the circuit breakers are immediately to the right of
the fuses.
Figure 5.5. Fuses and circuit breakers indicated in the red boxes.
WARNING:
Fuse replacement must only be carried out with power to
the entire unit turned off, either at the main disconnect or at the main
circuit breaker.
Note: As with all fuses, it is important to use the correct fuses for
replacement. Failure to use the correct fuses may result in damage to
equipment or unsafe operating conditions.
Fuses
If the fuse for the agitator or AC/DC power supply has failed, the
display or DC On indicator lights will not be illuminated.
For the vessel or vent filter heaters, the controller must be powered on
and the setpoint higher than ambient temperature. The relays to the
left of the fuses will show a green LED when power is supposed to be
applied to the appropriate heater. If the heater temperature does not
increase within three minutes, the fuse should be inspected and/or
replaced.
Use the following steps to replace the fuses.
