1. Using the hexagon L-wrench, unscrew the spindle nuts from the spindle.
2. Turn both spindle nuts through 180°.
3. Insert the spindle nuts into the guide and use the hexagon L-wrench to screw them on to the spindle.

Clamp only workpieces with maximum 10 arc minutes out of parallelism in the centring vice without angle compensa-

CLAMPING A WORKPIECE

Torque wrench with 1/2 inch plug-in ratchet, 1/2 inch socket for a size 10 external hexagon

1. By reference to the side scales, roughly pre-position the top jaws.
2. Place the workpiece symmetrically between the top jaws.

3. Use the torque wrench to clamp the workpiece to the desired torque.
