STEP 4)
Inspect if spindles turn by hand. Visually inspect
the condition of the spindles.
STEP 5)
Inspect the spindles and housing condition for
debris, scars, and crevices. If necessary, gap or
time the spindles.
STEP 6)
Gapping and/or timing can be necessary if
spindles need to be replaced.
