Turn timing pulley 5 clockwise twice, and check that locating

marks a and b , and c and d of pulleys 5 and 6 are
aligned with each other respectively.

8) Removing Cylinder Head

• No.1 piston is to be at top dead center of
compression stroke.
• Removal or installation of parts can be made
easier when some of them are assembled
together.
1. Remove power unit. (Refer to the section for removing
power unit.)
