16) Inspection of Cylinder Head

1. Remove carbon build-up of combustion chamber, and
check for deterioration.
Use straight edge 1 and thickness gauge 2 to check

Cylinder Head Distortion Amount :
0.05 mm (0.0020 in) or less
Functional Limit :
0.10 mm (0.004 in)
