Installing the roof
If necessary, use a ladder or platform to install the roof. Follow the instructions in section Fall
arrester (Page 11).
1. Open the door.
2. Slide the roof left to right at the back underneath the provided metal guides.
3. Tilt the roof downward into the openings of the metal sheet.
4. Screw down the roof from the inside with the two M6 combination screws (TX 30) from
the box of accessories.

Install the cable gland plate
Prior to installation, you must install cable glands into the cable gland plate.
Adapting the cable gland plate
The number and cross-sections of cables may vary depending on the chosen configuration.
Adapt the cable gland plate according to your configuration. To do this, proceed as follows:
1. Open the device door.
2. For each cable, drill a hole at the respective position in the cable gland plate so that you
can optimally pass through and connect the cables.
3. Insert a cable gland corresponding to the cross-section of the individual conductors in
each drill hole.
4. Pull the cables through the holes in the cable gland plate.
5. Secure the cable gland plate with a tightening torque of 4 Nm.
6. If necessary, seal the plate with suitable materials to prevent the ingress of moisture and
small animals.
