Monitoring the charging process

You can monitor a successfully started charging process via the touch screen. The type and
amount of information depends on the charging point and whether tariff information is
available from the OCPP backend. To view more information, you can navigate using the
arrows. Additional information is, for example, the estimated remaining charging time, the
amount of energy used and the elapsed time. The bars in the lower area of the screen show
how many pages can be displayed and which page is currently displayed.
Note that there may be different displays of charging power between the charging station
and the vehicle. This is the case, for example, if the vehicle only displays the power drawn to
charge the batteries, but at the same time still uses the charging power for other purposes.
Examples of this are heating or cooling the batteries. This is not a fault of the charging
station.
The display on the touch screen of the charging station serves as information. Measured
value displays compliant with calibration law can be read on the counter display of the
respective charging point.

Timeout
A countdown begins after a long period of inactivity (timeout). Without interaction, you are
automatically logged off after this period and the display switches to the main menu. Active
charging processes are not terminated. You can also return directly to the main screen via the
display and log off.
After log-off, you can view the details of your charging process again at any time. Depending
on the configuration in the SCB, either no authentication is required or the same method that
you used to log on when you started the charging process.
If no authentication is required, you must select the charging point for which you want the
information on the touch screen.
