8. Press the up or down navigation buttons to zoom the display distance of current unit.
9. Press the OPTIONS soft key. From here, select UNIT INFO to display details about the
selected unit, select REFRESH to update information, or select EXIT.

USER-DEFINED ZONES/SYSTEMS

6.3.1

Command Tactical Zone

A Command Tactical Zone is defined at the radio.
NOTE
To create a Command Tactical Zone:
1. Press the Menu/Select button to access the main menu.
2. Press the left or right navigation buttons to display the ZONE menu.
3. Press the up or down navigation buttons to highlight <USER-DEFINED> and press the VIEW
ZONE soft key.
4. Press the OPTIONS soft key.
5. Press the up or down navigation buttons to select EDIT ZONE to create a zone or select
RENAME ZONE to rename the Command Tactical Zone (up to 16 characters are allowed).
6. Press the left or right navigation buttons to scroll through existing systems. Press the up or
down navigation buttons to highlight desired channel/group.
7. Press the Menu/Select button to add or remove channel/group.
A Command Tactical Zone is reset when a Personality is activated.
