"n" contains 0 to F, e.g. A corresponds to CH10. ( n [hex] = x [dec] )

allowed. Those with a trailing P are the Index assigned to the process data.
5.1. Configuration Data (Index: 0x82n0)
The Index of Parameter CHx is the parameter settings for the ejector of each CH.
Parameter settings should be made when all CH ejectors are in the following conditions.
 Supply valve de-energised (vacuum instruction ON for N.O. specification, vacuum instruction OFF for
N.C. specification)
 Release valve de-energised (release instruction OFF)
 Atmospheric open state with no pressure applied in the ejector.
