NOTE
*1) The Index with "x" corresponds to the output No. for which the "8 valve" module is set in Slots.
The x contains 0 to F, e.g. 2 corresponds to OUT16_23.
( [ ] = [ ℎ ] × 8,
*2) "RO" means Read only, "WO" means Write only, and "RW" means both Read and Write are
allowed.
Those with a trailing P are the Index assigned to the process data.

Table 5-2. Output operation at network fault
Set valve output operation when a communication error occurs.
Set by 2 byte value with 2 bit per output.
00 [bin]: Force to OFF (Forces the output to turn off.)
01 [bin]: Force to ON (Forces the output to turn on.)
10 [bin]: Hold last state
(The output state immediately before the communication error is maintained.)
11 [bin]: Unused (Same as setting to force the output turn OFF.)

Set value [bin] and the Output operation at network fault
(00: Force to OFF, 01: Force to ON, 10: Hold last state)
