3. Insert the cable gland into the housing. Install the nut on the inside of the housing and tighten to a torque of 2.5
N•m (22.1 in•lb).
4. Insert the wires through the cable gland.
5. Connect the wires to the connections as shown in figure 5. The terminals and electronics connections are
polarity-insensitive; ie., you can connect the positive or negative wire to either terminal screw.
6. Tighten the wiring terminal screws.
7. Pull the wires back through the cable gland to reduce the amount of wires in the housing cavity and hand-tighten
the cable gland.
8. Close the cover and tighten the instrument cover screws.
