4310 Wireless Position Monitor

Date of Maximum—indicates when the maximum temperature was recorded.
Minimum Temperature—indicates the minimum recorded temperature of the 4310.
Date of Minimum—indicates when the minimum temperature was recorded.
D Temperature—dynamic gauge display indicates current temperature in degrees Celsius.
D Supply Voltage—dynamic gauge display indicates input voltage.
D Minimum Temperature—dynamic gauge display indicates the minimum ambient temperature.
D Maximum Temperature—dynamic gauge display indicates the maximum ambient temperature.
Communications
Communications contains Network and Burst information.
Network
Wireless Mode—indicates the current mode; Idle, Disconnection, Searching, Connected, or Operational
Join Mode—gives instructions to the device with regard to joining the WirelessHART network.
Join Details— indicates the number of neighbors recognized by the instrument on the wireless network, the number of
Advertisement packets received, and the number of Join Attempts.
Note
Too many Join Attempts will result in the device considering the join failed.
Burst
Burst shows diagnostics for each burst message.
The message Bandwidth Status shows:
D whether a given message is enabled in the device
D whether it is still waiting for bandwidth allocation from the network for its requested update rate
D whether it has been assigned bandwidth but at a lower rate than requested
D whether it is actively publishing
D whether it is in Delayed Publishing mode (Using Delayed Trigger mechanism).
The configured Message Content, Trigger Mode, and active Update Rate are displayed next.
If the message is enabled, you can view a snapshot of the values that would be published in the message, based on the
current device states.
Maintenance
D Squawk—select Squawk to command the device to display the Emerson logo to assist a technician in locating it.
Specify the number of repeats at approximate 5 minutes each.
Note
The Squawk function is unavailable when the temperature is too low for a usable display, or if the LUI is currently in use for a local
function.
