For the SFP module of which wiring distances is more than 40 km (including 40 km), if a short-distance

single-mode fiber is used, an in-line optical attenuator should be inserted into the link to avoid
overloading the optical receiver.
The SFP module is a laser transmitter. Do not look directly at the light source to protect eye safety.

To protect the cleanliness of the SFP module, use a dust cover when the optical fiber cable is not

connected.
