Assemble Flow Combiner Valve
(EX3OUR-2, EX4OUR-2)
1. Insert spool (32), shim (36), and spring (31) into
body (1).
Tighten plug (30) into body (1).

UPPERSTRUCTURE / Control Valve
Assemble Flow Combiner Valve (EX2OUR-2)
1. Sandwich spool (23) between wooden plates.
Clamp in a vise. Install spring seat (21) and
spring (22) onto the spool.
2. Insert spool (23) into body (1). Install cover (17)
using bolt (16).
NOTE: Be sure to apply a film of hydraulic oil onto
spool (23) before inserting.

3. Install cover (18) onto body (1) using bolt (16).
