Assemble Pump Device (EX4OUR-2)
Before assembling the pump device, clean each part
with a cleaning oil and dry it sufficiently. Apply a film
of hydraulic oil to the inner parts before installing
them. Especially, apply a film of hydraulic oil suffi-
ciently to frictional sliding parts to prevent their sei-
zure.
Be sure to use a new 0-ring, oil seal, packing, and
needle bearing if they are removed.
1. Install 0-ring (3) onto spring guide (2).
2. Install spring guide (2) into body
H (6) and tight-
en spring cover (1).
• ImmiCo: 30 mm
tea: 490 to 686 N•m
( 50 to 70 kgf•m, 362 to 506 lbf•ft )
3. Install control piston (29) into body H (6).
4. Install 0-ring (30) and rod (32) into sleeve (31).
5. Install 0-ring (47) onto sleeve (31) and install
sleeve (31) into body
H (6). Tighten socket
bolts (33).
: 6 mm
tea: 29 to 34 N•m
( 3.0 to 3.5 kgf•m, 22 to 25 lbf.ft )
NOTE: Align the aligning marks when installing.
6. Install 0-ring (14) and oil seal (17) to seal holder
(16).
7. Install seal holder (16) onto shaft (18). Then, tap
seal holder (16) and shaft (18) into body S (12).
NOTE: If bearing (13) was replaced, press bearing
(13) onto shaft (18) and install retaining ring
(49).
8. Install retaining ring (15) in body S (12).

9. Install retainers (25) and spring (26) into cylin-
der block (7).
