5. Disconnect all hoses from the control valve.
11.14,: 19 mm, 22 mm
NOTE: Be sure to put an identification tag on each
hose to aid in reconnection.

4. Turn cap (1) to the stop to release air pressure
from the hydraulic oil tank.
Remove cap (1).

6. Remove the pin from each rod joint.
Rod Joints: Right Travel (1), Offset (2), Travel Left
(3), and Blade (4)
Loosen bolts (5) (4 used) to remove the control
valve assembly.
01=84: 17 mm

CAUTION: Approximate weight of the control
valve is 21 kg ( 46 lb ).
Install Control Valve (EX2OUR-2)
1. Place the control valve on the frame in position.
Install bolts (5) (4 used).
Install the joint pin into each rod joint.
Rod Joints: Right Travel (1), Offset (2), Travel Left
(3), and Blade (4).
