REMOVE AND INSTALL TRACK ADJUST-
ER
Remove Track Adjuster
The procedures to be followed after removing the track
links and front idler are given here. Refer to the respec-
tive sections for instructions on removal and installation
of the track links nd front idler.
1. After removing the front idler, remove track adjuster
(1) from the track frame.

Track adjuster assembly weight:
EX2OUR-2: 7.7 kg ( 17.0 lb )
EX3OUR-2: 8.2 kg ( 18.1 lb )
EX4OUR-2: 8.8 kg ( 19.4 lb )
Install Track Adjuster
1. Hold track adjuster (1) using the hands, as illustrat-
ed, and insert it into track frame (2). Be sure that
track adjuster (1) is inserted until its spring seat
comes into contact with plate (4), not with spring
guide (3).
