11. Attach a sling belt to pump (1) and hold it with a
crane. Loosen pump mounting bolts (2) (2 used) to
remove pump (1).

Reference: The approximate weight of the pump is 15
kg ( 33 lb).

10. Disconnect main pump delivery hoses (1 and 2)
and pilot pump delivery hose (3).

9. Remove four main pump suction pipe mounting
bolts (1) and pilot pump suction hose (2).

8. Connect vacuum pump (1) to the port from which
the hydraulic oil tank cap is removed. Operate the
pump to hold negative air pressure in the hydraulic
oil tank.
NOTE: Keep the vacuum pump running while discon-
necting or connecting hoses.
