5. Install gasket (3) to side plate (2).
NOTE: Apply a film of grease to gasket (3).
6. Install side plate (2) together with gasket (3) into
body 1 (1).
NOTE: Apply a film of hydraulic oil to side plate (2).
Install side plate (2) with the gasket groove
side facing downward, checking that the
aligning mark of the suction and delivery is
positioned correctly.
8. Install body 1 (1) onto the assembly of front
cover (16), drive gear 1 (6), and driven gear 1
(7).
NOTE: Align the marks on body 1 (1) and front cov-
er (16) when installing body 1 (1).
9. Install collar (23) and coupling (15) to body 1
(1).
7. With the copper alloy surface facing body 1 (1),
install gasket (4) onto body 1 (1). Check that
the suction and delivery sides are installed cor-
rectly.
NOTE: Apply a film of grease to gasket (4).
