8. Remove cylinder head (11) assembly from piston
rod (2).
Remove 0-rings (8) and (10) and backup ring (9).
For Separate-Type Cylinder Head
After removing the cylinder head assembly from
piston rod (2), remove stopper (20) and connector
(21). Also, separate retainer (19) assembly from
cylinder head (11) assembly.
6. Remove cylinder head assembly (11) from piston
rod (2).

7. Remove slide rings (5) (2 used), seal ring (6), and
0-ring (15) from piston (7).
NOTE: In order to remove seal ring (6), clamp piston
(7) in a vise, and drive out the seal ring using a
screwdriver and a hammer.
