7. Install thrust plate (21) into housing (4).
8. Install rotor (17) and plungers (20) as an assem-
bly into housing (4).
NOTE: Before installing, apply a film of hydraulic oil
to the contact surfaces of plungers (20) and
thrust plate (21).
9. Clamp housing (4) in a vise.
10. Install 0-ring (3) onto housing (4). Install pin (7)
into housing (4).
11. Install valve plate (12) onto brake valve (9).
NOTE: Apply grease between brake valve (9) and
valve plate (12).
12. Install the assembly of brake valve (9) and valve
plate (12) onto housing (4).
Tighten socket bolts (6).
: 10 mm
r 112 NI-rn ( 11.5 kgf-m, 83.2 lbf•ft )
NOTE: Before installing, apply a film of grease to
the lip of 0-ring (3).
