UPPERSTRUCTURE / Pump Device
After cleaning the exterior of the pump, place the
pump on a work bench.
Before disassembling the pump, put aligning marks
to each joint section of body 3 (19), body 2 (8),
adapter plate (22) and front cover (16) on either suc-
tion or delivery side.
NOTE: Number of ports on the suction side is less
than that on the delivery side.
1. Clamp front cover (16) with a vise to loosen
socket bolts (11).
: 8 mm
2. Unclamp the pump from the vise and take sock-
et bolts (11) out to remove front cover (16),
body 1 (1), adapter plate (22), body 2 (8), and
body 3 (19).
3. Remove retaining ring (13) from front cover (16)
to remove oil seal (14).
4. Remove gasket (4) from front cover (16).
