When "ON" is selected, reprinting by pressing the [RESTART] key is enabled when an error has
occurred.
When "OFF" is selected, reprinting by pressing the [RESTART] key is disabled when an error has
occurred. Only the releasing of the error is carried out; however, reprinting is not performed.
