The roll-off device serves a dual function:
• Stacker switched on: Roll-off device as stacker extension
• Roll-off device as ejector
To activate the roll-off device:
1. Activate the roll-off device on the OP7000 control panel in the Program
4.19.2 Tape feeder and automatic cutter
The electromotive, length-controlled tape feeder with automatic cutter
transports the reinforcement strip under the pocket opening and cuts it off
at the seam end.
The process is carried out during the cycle time. No further positioning and
working times are required.

(2) - Adjusting ring
To insert the reinforcement strip:
1. Loosen the screw (1) and pull the adjusting ring (2) off the shaft.
2. Remove the empty tape roll including the adapter (3).
3. Insert the adapter (3) into a new tape roll on the left and the right.
4. Slip the adjusting ring (2) back onto the shaft.
5. Tighten the screw (1).
