Meeting List

Users can view all the scheduled meetings by selecting "Meeting list", this will take the user to the meetings
list page where all the scheduled conferences are listed.

Call

Users can select "Call" in order to directly go to the dial page.

Contacts

The contacts are managed centrally in the server side. Users can access by selecting "Contacts".

In Contacts, the users can view account status: online -
•
Users can also view Contacts types:
a. Group.
b. Regular contacts with name, phone number, Email address etc.
c. Public GVC3200/GVC3202 Device with an IPVideoTalk ID.

Select an entry in the directory and press the Green Call button
control to call this contact.
