To schedule meeting on GVC3200/GVC3202 and then sync up with Google Calendar
On GVC3200/GVC3202 LCD idle screen (or web UI→Contacts)→Schedule, select the Google account
as the "Related Account" and fill up other details to schedule the conference using Google account.
The created conference will be synced up in Google Calendar.
