Parked Calls

While calling, you can "park" (one or more) callers for some time and
meanwhile conduct other telephone calls or also hang up and carry out other
operations. Parked calls are recorded on a list. You can remove calls from the
list in any order such that a call is specifically "unparked" once again. The
caller hears music on hold – if music on hold has been configured – until the
call is "unparked". If the caller is not "unparked" after some time, a callback is
automatically made to your mobile unit as soon as your device is free again.
The caller is then automatically "unparked". If you are, however, still on
another call, the caller hears the busy signal and is thus "unparked". The
authorisation for parking connections and the time interval until which
callback takes place, is configured by the system administrator upon system
configuration.
