1.9 Basic Adjustments

Before the first operation resp., after each rotor change, select the respective rotor type. Each rotor

type is found, on the printed order number, on the rotor.

Example:

Angle Rotor

Switch on the unit and open the lid. Now simultaneously press the keys, "lid " (7) and "stop"(10). In

the display, "rpm/rcf" (A-1), appears the previously selected rotor type, i. e. "87". Now the buttons

can be released.

With the potentiometer (1), choose the previously used rotor, (see Figure 2). Select the data in the

unit, please press the "start" (9) key. Inside the display, (A-1), the word "store" appears, as the

confirmation.

Now all important rotor parameters for the centrifuge are stored.

Attention: Set rotor must always match with the used rotor, otherwise the unit could be

damaged.

The rotor type can be checked during the run, by pressing the key "lid" (7).

Before operating the centrifuge, please notice the following optional basic setting changes:

Acoustic Signal Turn On / Off

Keyboard Sound Turn On / Off

Volume Pre-Selection of Sound Signal

Song Selection for "end of run"
