SO Bench: This column lists items associated with the SO
2
Value: Displays the current value for each item.
Low Alarm: Displays low alarm for each item.
High Alarm: Displays high alarm for each item.
Units: Displays units for each item.
SO Bench Temperature: Displays the current bench temperature.

User can adjust low and high alarm limits.
Lamp Intensity: Displays the current lamp intensity reading. User
can adjust low and high alarm limits.
Lamp Voltage: Displays the current lamp voltage. User can adjust
low and high alarm limits.
PMT Voltage: Displays the current PMT supply voltage.
PMT Voltage Too Low: Displays OK/Fail for PMT voltage too low.
