Cause
• The root certificate regis-
tered on the device has ex-
pired.
• The root certificate regis-
tered by the user at first is
used and the correct certifi-
cate has not been regis-
tered.
• The date of the device is out-
side the validity period.
Remote Monitoring Server reply
time-out
The service is not found (invalid
path).
URL setting error
SOAP Client failed to obtain
SOAPResponse. It may be
caused by a problem on the serv-
er side or a temporary problem in
network load, etc.
SOAP error (SOAP Fault)
Device internal error
Internal error at startup of E-RDS Turn OFF and then ON the power of the de-

Remedy
Set the correct date and time on the device.
If the date and time set on the device is cor-
rect, upgrade the version to the latest sys-
tem.
If this occurs during a communication test,
wait for a while and then perform a commu-
nication test (COM-TEST) again.
Check that the value of Remote Monitoring
Server URL (RGW-ADR) is "https://
b01.ugwdevice.net/ugw/agentif010".

test (COM-TEST).
Check that the value of the port number of
Remote Monitoring Server (RGW- PORT) is

vice. Or, replace the system software of the
device (version upgrade).
