The third generation platform enables digital-business communications, such as imaging technology, cloud connectivity, and mobile solutions to work together.

Unless mentioned otherwise, all accessories listed in the tables below, are optional.

    imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7500 and C7500 II Series Customer Expectations Document 2.8.2 Advanced Box Advanced Box is a storage area in the machine that stores scanned documents and Microsoft Office files that can be used on a computer. There are two types of storage in the Advanced Box: the Shared Space and the Personal Space.

    imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7500 and C7500 II Series Customer Expectations Document 2.8.3 Network The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7500 and C7500 II Series are equipped with a collaboration function that enables them to be connected to other imageRUNNER ADVANCE machines via the SMB/WebDAV protocol. When the machine is connected to other machines, a user can select an Advanced Box in another machine (if it is on the network) to store files or print a file that is stored in another machine on this machine.

    • ULM (Universal Login Manager) - ULM is a MEAP application, developed by NT-ware, which provides log in management capabilities, such as simple user authentication, Local Authentication, and Domain Authentication for Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE devices. These user authentication methods use Picture Log In, PIN Codes, or Proximity Card Log In methods to gain access to the machine.

Department IDs and passwords for up to 1,000 departments can be registered.

Training is required for uniFLOW Online or the uniFLOW Online trial from Canon’s Technical Support Center. This identifies the user who created every document, and can discourage unauthorized printing and duplication.

The System Administrator can also add IPSec capabilities to secure Internet Protocol (IP) communications from lower layer protocols, such as TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) and UDP (User Datagram Protocol) by authenticating and encrypting each IP packet of a data stream across the Internet.
