Remedy
2. Set the device proxy.
3. Make sure that the proxy
server set in Procedure 2
operates normally.
Enable the device to connect to
Cloud in the following procedure.
1. Connect the device to the
the network.
2. Set the device proxy if proxy
settings are required.
3. Make sure that the proxy
server set in Procedure 2
operates normally.
4. Make sure that the proxy
server set in Procedure 2 al-
lows the device to access
the Cloud URL.
5. If the problem is not re-
solved by performing the
Procedures 1 to 4, check the
following items.
• The device is connec-
ted to the proper net-
work environment.
• Proper values are set
in [Settings/Registra-
tion] -> [Network] of the
device.
Enable the device to connect to
Cloud in the following procedure.
1. Connect the device to the
network.
2. Make sure that name reso-
lution is possible in the en-
vironment where the device
connects to the network.
3. Set the DNS for the device.
4. Set the WINS for the device.
5. Make sure that the DNS
server set in Procedure 3
operates normally.
6. Make sure that the WINS
server set in Procedure 4
operates normally.
7. Set the device proxy.
Escalate the case by referring to
the "Flow of Measures to be Tak-
en in the Event of Trouble".
Remedy
Wait for the causal jobs (pro-
cesses) to finish and then exe-
cute again.
