This command sets the transmit delay which is the minimum amount of
delay between successive LLDP frame transmissions. The value
ranges between 1 and 8192 seconds.
The no form of the command sets the transmit delay to the default value.
TxDelay should be less than or equal to (0.25 * Message Tx Interval)
lldp tx-delay <seconds(1-8192)>
no lldp tx-delay
