Reset password
Follow the steps below to reset a user´s password.

Password security rules
Note:
Users must define their own passwords in accordance with these rules:
• The password must start with a letter
• The password must contain at least one digit
• The password must contain at least one special character
• The password must be at least 6 characters long

Result:
The user information is displayed.
Tap to close the window.
Action
From the Sepax main menu, tap Menu →Users.
Select a user in the list.
Tap .
Result:
A new temporary password is displayed.
Write down the password and tap
On the next login, use the generated password. Follow the guidelines to
change the default password, see
Refer to the password security rules to define the new password.
The information system maintains the data security of user information. The
user is responsible for the physical and operational safe handling of user
information. For example, a user should never share their password.
