Description
Incorrect position of the
separation chamber in
the centrifuge pit, or line
pressure tubing not
screwed.
The optical line is not well
inserted in the optical
sensor.
Line pressure reached
the vacuum/pressure
warning limit.
Instrument temperature
over 58.5°C.

8.2 Warning and error messages
Action
1. Verify air filter is
installed correctly.
2. Open centrifuge
covers.
3. Verify that the sepa-
ration chamber is well
inserted into the
centrifuge pit.
4. Close centrifuge
covers.
5. Restart the kit test.
Remove the line from the
optical sensor and re-
install. Ensure the line is
fully seated inside the
optical sensor.
1. Check that all rele-
vant clamps are open,
that there are no
kinks on the lines, and
that the bags are not
overfilled.
2. In case of SCD, make
sure welds are open.
3. Check for clotting in
the tubing set (specif-
ically spikes and stop-
cocks). Products with
clots should be
filtered before
processing with the
instrument.
Can continue the current
run. It is strongly advis-
able to let the instrument
cool down for at least 30
minutes before starting a
new run. Verify air circu-
lation.
