Description
During the kit test, the
piston position in the
chamber is too high.
During the kit test, the
piston position in the
chamber is too low.
At the end of the kit test,
the piston is not at the
top position.
Centrifuge covers were
opened during the proce-
dure (but not during
centrifugation).
The input volume is lower
than the output volume.
8 Troubleshooting
8.2 Warning and error messages
Action
1. Open centrifuge
covers.
2. Verify that the sepa-
ration chamber is well
inserted into the
centrifuge pit.
3. Close centrifuge
covers.
4. Restart the kit test.
Use the Purge Mode to
position the piston at the
top of the chamber and
restart the kit test.
1. Restart the kit test.
2. If warning persists
use a new kit.
3. Return problematic
kit and related logfile
to us.
Close the covers
correctly and continue
the procedure.
The application stops,
does a purge of the
chamber and asks the
user to check the input/
output volumes.
1. Verify the parameters
are correctly set in
the application.
2. Make sure the tube is
well inserted in the
optical line sensor.
3. Restart the proce-
dure.
