Sharing the printer on the computer functioning as the server
Only the Administrator can configure the printer on the computer functioning as the print server. Make
sure to log on as Administrator.

Click [Start], select Settings and then click Printers.

Click the printer with the right mouse button.

Click Properties.
The printer properties window is displayed.

Click the Sharing tab.

Click on the Shared check button, then enter the printer name in the Share
Name box.

Click [OK].
Using a separator page

Click [Start], select Settings and then click Printers.

Click the printer with the right mouse button.

Click Properties.
The printer properties window is displayed.

Click the General tab.

Click [Separator Page...].

Click [Browse...].

Click the pcl.sep file, then click [Open].

Click [OK].

Click [OK] to close the printer properties window.
